Refund policy
We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of shipment for orders shipped within the US. However, if something went wrong upon arrival or initial use, please let us know at [email protected].
All U.S. returns are subject to a $10 handling fee, and international returns are subject to a $15 handling fee, both of which include return shipping costs. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase agreement and initiate a return of unused products within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason. The 14-day period is calculated starting on the day you receive your order or, if your order is shipped in multiple parts, the day you receive the last item in your order. To exercise this right, submit your withdrawal request using the link here before the 14-day period expires. Once received, we will send you an email confirmation.
